I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest admiration for you and to share my gratitude for your decision to embark on your journey in therapy. This may be a new experience for you, or you may have done this many times. It is still a courageous step toward prioritizing your mental and emotional health. This is a remarkable act of self-love. Life can be messy and beautiful. Your willingness to engage in therapy shows your resiliency and your determination to navigate life’s challenges in a manner that you can be proud of. 


Therapy (with a trusted therapist) provides a unique space where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a non-judgmental and confidential environment. It is a sanctuary where you can release burdens, gain meaningful insights, and develop healthy coping strategies to access your authentic self and lean into your full potential.


As your therapist, I am honored to support you on this transformative journey, and I do not take this responsibility lightly.
